Sarah is a professional organiser, coach and mentor whose work focuses on ADHD. She runs two workshops: ‘ADHD for Organisers’ – equipping organisers to support ADHD clients; and ‘Understanding Your ADHD’ – for people newly diagnosed.

Sarah only discovered she had ADHD in 2020 - several years after setting up her organising business. A recovering perfectionist, she helps neurodiverse clients develop realistic and maintainable ways to organise their homes and develop a kinder approach to managing their ADHD.

An APDO member since 2014, Sarah is a previous board member and trainer for APDO, with a Diploma in Transformative Life Coaching with Animas.

Jeff Heisler

Home Sweet Home

Jeff is the President and Founder of Home Sweet Home. Based in Redondo Beach, California he started his relocation focused organizing business in 2004. Today, he oversees all aspects of the company’s organizing operations in 10 countries around the world.

Prior to starting Home Sweet Home, Jeff specialized in driving operational and managerial transformations in large transportation companies. This included restructuring the New Zealand national railroad, TranzRail, and overseeing the merger of Australia-New Zealand Direct Line (ANZDL) and Union Shipping.

Jeff is an expert in bringing the principles of Total Quality Management to service companies. He led ANZDL’s efforts to qualify as a finalist in the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (Baldrige Award) on two separate occasions. Subsequently, he was selected as an examiner for the Baldrige Award, a judge for the California Quality Award and was on the Board of Overseers for the New Zealand Quality Award.

Jeff graduated from the University of Illinois and is a long-suffering fan of their sporting teams.

Kanan Tekchandani

The Aspie Coach

Kanan is a Holistic Neurodivergent Coach and Relationship Whisperer for Asperger/autistic, gifted and twice-exceptional adults and families.

Being 2e herself she intuitively supports highly sensitive, highly intelligent adults who are professionally successful but in personal crisis; struggling to experience connection and happiness in their most important relationships. Especially the one with themselves!

Kanan uses a trauma-informed approach to integrate mind-body-spirit tailored to the individual. She is a Strategic Intervention Coach, yoga & mindfulness meditation teacher, declutterer and a healer.

Her mission is to empower neurodivergent adults and families to live a life of happiness, fulfilment and success.
